No. We handle it. If you have a regular WhatsApp number your retailers already message, we upgrade it to WhatsApp Business API on your behalf. If you don't have a number yet, we help you provision one. All included in setup.

Yes. Monthly rolling contract, cancel any time from your dashboard. If you cancel in the first 14 days you pay nothing (free trial). If you cancel after, you keep access until the end of the current billing month. We'll also export all your invoice data so you're never locked in.

UK-hosted. GDPR compliant. Encrypted end-to-end (TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest). OAuth to your accounting platform — we never see your accounting passwords. Full audit trail on every invoice. Data export + delete on request.

Prices shown exclude UK VAT (20%). VAT-registered businesses reclaim it — so effective cost is unchanged. Full VAT invoice provided every month.

We keep this honest so you can budget properly. On top of your InvoiceFlow plan:

• QuickBooks Online or Xero: from £14/mo (QB Simple Start) or £16/mo (Xero Starter). You pick the tier, you own the subscription. Most high-street shops sit on the entry tier fine.
• WhatsApp Business API messaging: Meta charges roughly £0.03 per business-initiated conversation (2026 UK rates). Customer-initiated conversations — which is what your retailers do when they send an order — are free for the first 1,000/month. For a typical shop, this is £0–£5/mo.
• Stripe (optional): if you turn on “Pay Now” links on invoices, Stripe charges their standard 1.5% + 20p per UK card transaction. Zero cost if you don't use it.
